About Amanda
I was born and raised in San Jose and graduated from UC Berkeley with a double major in Political Science and Mass Communications.
I started my career in property management in San Francisco, where I built a strong background in marketing and operations. I then came home to the South Bay and spent four years as a real estate assistant, learning every side of a transaction, before earning my agent license. Since then I've helped buyers, sellers and investors across the Bay Area reach their real estate goals.
What I love most about this work is the people. Many of my clients are first-time buyers stepping into new territory, and I make sure they understand each step and feel confident in every decision. For sellers, I manage the timeline, logistics and presentation of the home from start to finish. I coordinate the vendors, keep every step on schedule and help decide which updates are worth making, so your home shows its best without overspending.
Outside of work, I'm a mom of two, and my family keeps me busy in the best way. When I get a free moment, you'll usually find me planning our next family outing or trip, or out on a walk.
